Close to station, clean,modern, comfortable.

I really like the cleanness of the hotel and the welcome drinking session. It would be better if the welcome drinking session is available in the morning. The public bathroom is also great and very clean. They provide Dyson hair dryers. They also provide free lotion, toothpaste, etc.

The staff at the front desk and café were very helpful. Hotel design gives out a very positive and calming vibes. It is very near Omiya train station which makes my travelling very pleasant and smooth. The breakfast spread was fantastic. The public hot bath was very clean and well equipped. The stay at Ref Omiya by Vessel Hotels makes my trip very memorable.

The best location, friendly facilities provided and comfy room especially superior type. This encourages us to extend one more night at REF!. The breakfast is superb! Staff are nice and helpful. Special thanks to くぼ for her effort and hospitality to assist us during check-in. We enjoy staying at REF and will surely think of REF as one of great choices to stay.

Exactly what you need during for a work conference or city trip. A clean hotel, good bed and a good shower.

Location very convenient. Cute decor and really nice breakfast. My husband enjoyed the hot public bath.

Breakfast is beyond amazing. 2 servers keep everything neat and refilled at the buffet. Room is clean and chic. And Free Onsen is cherry on the top.
